If you have ambitions like me , These terms and conditions for becoming a pilot ! General terms and conditions *By taking part in the Panopto Focus pilot all participants automatically agree to all of the Terms and Conditions. *The Panopto Focus pilot will run until October 2011. There is no guarantee that it will run beyond this date. With this in mind the system should not be used for important recordings that are irreplaceable. *The Panopto Pilot license covers the use of Panopto at Imperial College London. Therefore, Panopto can only be used for college purposes. *ICT cannot guarantee that all recordings will take place or publish. *ICT cannot guarantee that all recordings will be retained or be accessible after the pilot. *The Panopto Focus software will be provided for free to all pilot participants. *As the project is a pilot, the system is permanently "at risk". ICT reserve the right to take down the service for maitenance at any time. *ICT will NOT provide on site support for any captures. All issues need to be logged with the ICT service desk. *ICT will only support staff members who have joined the pilot and signed the pilot agreement. *ICT will not provide backups of any material during the pilot. It is recommended that participants make their own backups by downloading 'Offline Viewers' for each capture. *If particpants wish to integrate a capture into their Blackboard courses, please use the web link feature to do this. Do not upload an entire capture into Blackboard as it will take up too much file size.
